Definitions

Please read this page with the following definitions in mind:

This Quote refers to the quote You wish to request, or the quote You have requested.
Us, Netbreeze and We refers to Netbreeze, the issuer of This Quote.
The Client, You and Your refers to the person who is requesting or has requested This Quote.

Validity of Quote

This Quote is provided based on information given to Us by The Client. If Netbreeze determines that the information does not fully describe the requirements, We may determine that This Quote is not valid.

This Quote only applies to work that was requested prior to This Quote being issued. Any changes or additions may incur additional charges.

Compatibility of Software

Netbreeze uses our own software to develop websites. This software has the following requirements:

PHP 4.3 or greater
MySQL 4 or greater

There are also other requirements regarding the availability of PHP modules.

These requirements will need to be met by the hosting provider. If these requirements can not be met, the website will need to be moved to a compatible hosting account at The Client's expense.

Web Browser Compatibility

Unless otherwise stated, websites that We develop are only guaranteed to be compatible with the following web browsers:

Firefox 2.0 or greater
Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater

This Quote only covers ensuring compatibility at the time that the website is completed. Web browser updates that reduce compatibility with your site may require additional development at The Client's expense.

Third Party Software

Unless otherwise stated, This Quote does not cover ensuring that Your website is compatible with third party software.

Extent of Service

Unless otherwise stated, This quote is only valid for the development of the website. This Quote may not include the design of the website, hosting, domain name registration or purchase of ssl certificates.
